Shikhar Insurance Company Ltd. has begun distributing share certificates for its 2:1 right shares, 20% bonus shares and for right share auction via NIBL Capital Markets Ltd. in Lazimpat, Kathmandu today ( July 6 2014, 22 Asar 2071).

NIBL Capital Markets Ltd. was the issue manager for the Right Share issuance.
