Fund Sponsor
Nepal Investment Bank Ltd., an “A” class commercial bank, has obtained license of Fund Sponsor in a Mutual Fund from
SEBON and registered NIBL Mutual Fund. Currently, two Close-end and one Open-ended mutual fund schemes are operating
under NIBL Mutual Fund in Nepal.
Fund Manager & Depository
NIBL Ace Capital Ltd. (Fund Manager), a wholly owned subsidiary of Nepal Investment Bank Ltd., has obtained licenses of Fund Manager and Depository in a mutual fund from SEBON and will be rendering the said services to the schemes under NIBL Mutual Fund. NIBL Ace Capital has successfully managed one Closed-end scheme i.e. NIBL Samriddhi Fund-I for 7 Years and redeemed with 18% annual average return. Currently, the NIBL Ace Capital is managing the two Closed-end schemes i.e. NIBL Pragati Fund and NIBL Samriddhi Fund-II. In addition, the NIBL Ace Capital has launched and is managing the first Open Ended Mutual Fund Scheme in Nepal under NIBL Mutual Fund i.e. NIBL Sahabhagita Fund.
