Notice regarding distribution of 10.79% cash dividend of Oriental Hotel directly to bank accounts.
Oriental Hotel Ltd. has distributed 10.79% cash dividend of FY 2075/76 directly to the bank accounts of the shareholders who already have dematerialized their share into respective Demat account. Similarly, for shareholders who haven’t dematerialized their shares or haven’t updated their account information in Demat account will receive the dividend after the shares have been dematerialized and accounts updated. Likewise, for shareholders who have updated their account information but haven’t received cash dividend, are requested to contact the Share Registrar NIBL Ace Capital Ltd.
