Nepal Insurance Company Limited has auctioned Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited promoter shares of 500,000 units. The Sealed bid started from 2077/06/02 to 2077/07/06.  It is to inform that the received bids will be opened in such environment where there is less involvement of people due to the current ongoing COVID 19 situation.

In order to create such environment in the current situation, special arrangements have been made to open the bids as per the following date, time and place:
For Applicants Outside Kathmandu Valley: Bidding will start from 11:30 am on 2077/07/16 from the place of application and the information will be taken by phone and the information will be shared live on Facebook through the official page.

For Applicants Inside Kathmandu Valley: Bidding will start from 12:00 pm on 2077/07/16 at NIBL Ace Capital Limited, Lazimpat, Kathmandu and the information will be shared live on Facebook through the official page.
