From Mangsir 28, the trading and settlement of the shares of Nepal Community Development Bank,Sindhu Bikas Bank Limited, Salt Trading Corporation Limited and Narayani National Finance Limited, will only take place in DEMAT Form.
The investors who want to sell their shares of these companies if it’s in Blank Transfer (BT) or get them transferred in their names in DMAT form by Mangsir 27 as buying and selling BT shares would be prohibited after DMAT trading rule comes into force after Mangsir 28.
