Shareholders of Gorkha Development Bank are requested to convert their old Gorkha Development Bank share certificate into new share certificate of Gurkhas Finance Ltd as the Development Bank has been transformed into Gurkhas Finance Ltd. from the approval of NRB on 2072/12/3.
