Notice Regarding Distribution of Bonus Shares of NMFBS Directly To The Demat Account of Its Shareholders
In accordance with the 6th AGM dated 2076/08/29 of National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd, 75% Bonus Share have been credited directly in the Demat account of its shareholder who have dematerialized their initial shares. Those who have not dematerialized shares are requested to dematerialize the shares to their respective Demat Account.
Note: Shareholders listed in the negative dividend list (liable to pay amount to the bank) have to deposit the respective negative cash dividend amount for the transfer of bonus shares to their respective Demat Account.
