Shikhar Insurance Company is issuing a total of 3,171,932 units right shares for its existing shareholders at a par of Rs 100 per share from 2077-Asadh-14 to 2077-Shrawan-4.
The book closure date for right issue was on 2076-Falgun-13. Therefore, shareholders maintained on 2076-Falgun-12 are eligible to apply for the right shares.
