Share Holders who haven’t dematerialized their share are requested dematerialize their physical Share in their respective DP account.Share Holders who have dematerialized their physical share are requested to contact their respective DP and update their Bank Account Number. So that in the future,Bonus Share and Cash Dividend are directly transferred to Share Holders account.
