Shikhar Insurance Company Limited (SICL) will be issuing 2:1 right shares, which it announced during its last Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2068/69. The issuance will start from April 13 and will close on May 18. NIBL Capital Markets Limited is the issue manager.

The book closure for the right shares is effective from April 2. The issue size is 8,75,000 shares at Rs. 100 per share.
